In a generation that begs to be different, it is too easy to blend in. In a world that says you must be true to yourself, it feels natural to fake your way through the day. The norm to live in isolation and distraction from the truth has slowly evolved into apathy and numbness.
A healthy way to resolve a conflict is to talk it out. What a good idea to do is to decide on one person to start and for them to say their side of the story or what should be done. Then when they finish the other person should say what is their side of the story and what they think chould be done. This may not work becuase everyone is different and this may not work. This is how I would handle a conflict.
ReplyDeleteOne destructive way to resolve a conflict is to say that someone is wrong on what they think. You should never say that their opinion of something is wrong. This will never fix the conflict.
